We will make a separate schedule for the CTC tournament closer to the date.

GAA uses the funds from the concession stand to provide pregame meals for away games for all teams and to help with the cost of the athletic banquet. GAA also donates a lump sum to the athletic department at NMS at the end of the year. Last year the amount donated was $5,000. If your child's team is not getting a meal provided by GAA, please know that it was offered and denied by that team. If we don't have volunteers to help with the concession stand, we can't open and the funds for the above activities will be limited. If you notice at the next game that the concession stand is not open, that means we did not have any volunteers for that night. We ask if your child plays a sport at NMS, that you volunteer for a shift in the concession stand. We would like to thank those parents who helped us through football season, we could not have done it without you!

North is hosting the CTC Volleyball Tournament Monday and Tuesday next week. We need concession stand workers for Monday 4:30-7:30 and Tuesday 4:00- 8:30. Please comment below or send a message to sign up!

Since there are a lot of new student-athlete parents joining our NMS family we would like to update everyone about GAA.
GAA provides support & funding for all athletic programs at NMS. With the help of our concession stands and fundraisers we are able to provide for our athletes with things like feeding them for away games and the end of year banquet. We couldnt make this happen without volunteers. We invite all parents of athletes to join and help out! This is the sign up for working the Football Concession Stand. If your child is playing a sport other than football, we ask that you sign up to work a shift. Football parents will be asked to work girls or boys basketball games. There will be one free home game pass given to each person who works a shift.

If you were unable to attend the meeting last night and would like to help with GAA, please send your name, email, and phone number in a private message. We are in the process of organizing volunteers for football concessions and to help with pregame meals for away games for all fall sports. We are asking if your child plays a sport (other than football) that you work a shift in the concession stand. The shifts are an hour and a half and you will receive a free admission pass for one home game with each shift worked. There are 8 shifts available for each home game. There are 4 home games this year. We will be asking for football parents to work shifts for basketball games when the time comes.

If anyone wants to help in any way with GAA next year we are having a parent meeting this Thursday, July 21 at 6:00 PM at North Middle School in the cafeteria. In order for the program to continue we will need people to volunteer to help and be officers otherwise GAA will be dissolved because the current officers will no longer be available if no one is willing to take over.

The 8th Grade Night Basketball Games(JV and V) for tonight have been CANCELLED. We are working to reschedule it for next week and will let you know a date as soon as possible.

GAA provides meals for EVERY away game for EVERY team. We are able to do this by selling food/drinks in our concession stands. If we don’t have volunteers for games, we will not be able to open the stand. We spend countless hours so that we can support all the teams. If you want to help your athlete, then please help the GAA or there will no longer be one.
