Apply for a loan any where else this financial institution is horrible , I have a credit score around 700 and a 10 year old bankruptcy and they denied as a co-signer. Ridiculous I had no problem getting a loan somewhere else.
I have no interest in this at all. Take off this off my Facebook
I'm making a double payment for my son's school loans if he finishs the loan earlier than the original term is there any penalities?
This worth checking into... I decreased my parental college loan rates by almost 3%. Put in
My, you are advertising excellent variable loan rates on your website. An rate of 2.81% for someone with great credit or a very strong guarantor is fantastic. How easy is the process and who handles any possible computer glitches when the "wrong" rates spews out for those with excellent + credit?

[02/05/20]   We know some of you may have seen us in the news this week. We did have an error in our mailing process, it wasn’t our intention, and we’ll do better in the future.

Here’s a statement from Tim Staley, our Chief Operating Officer at College Ave Student Loans, about the incident:

“We are sorry to hear of Dan's story, and we apologize for this error in our mailing process. We really appreciate Dan bringing this to our attention and have already put corrective measures in place to prevent this from happening again. We are also working with Dan directly on a remedy, including offering to collect and recycle the mail and compensating him for the inconvenience.

Regarding the interest rate on the loan, there was not an error. The rate matched what was disclosed when the loan was originated. We understand Mr. Cain may have some questions about the account and are working with him to resolve those.”
