Parent Guides are volunteers, trained by Carroll County Public

Message us here or contact Judy Jones, Acting Supervisor of Equity and Community Outreach, at 410-386-1680 or [email protected] for help finding a parent guide.

Education officials discuss Common Core, assessments at forum

We are very pleased with our Community Forum on Common Core State Standards and PARCC Assessments last night. We a had a large turnout from the community, the speakers gave very informative presentations, and the Q&A helped sort out the concerns of the public.
From the feedback we have been receiving, it was a very successful event. Look forward to more forums in the future.

In case you couldn't make it, or you wanted to go back over the information again, it was filmed and we will make a announcement when it will be aired on channel 21.

Alisha George of the Carroll County Times covered the event last night.
