Set 5 mins aside for yourself today. Find a quiet space, preferably somewhere you can sit and feel the warmth of the sun on your face.

1) Place your hand on your heart and focus on your breathing.

2) Think of a May intention. What would you like to see change or amplify in your life?

3) DO NOT DOWNPLAY IT! Big or small, your goals are your goals. Play out your intentions in your head, even to the small details.

4) End your intentions setting with a full heart of gratitude.

Quick starter tips!

1. Don't be nervous. You have a ton of people with experience who are here to help you.

2. Sticky 💩. Yup, all the gunk that's stuck in your digestive track will magically dislodge itself and leave the body....like magic.

3. DO NOT OBSESS OVER THE NUMBER ON THE SCALE. You're teaching your body to burn fat for fuel. That works differently.

We use the scale for the Reboot (available today, guys!) and that's to measure wins.

4. Celebrate your wins. No more bra fat!?! We party. Muffin top melting away?!? We party.

5. Love yourself enough to give yourself grace 💖

6. Check in. Don't sololate yourself with frustration. Remember that this journey is easier together and that you're not alone.

Being a mom to little ones and running a business can be super lonely.

But...today, my heart is full 💖

I’ve found my group of like-minded moms who get the work-life balance.

We make the time for business talk, and we make the time for family talk.

I think of us as a beautiful garden.

We 💦 each other’s ambitions
We radiate warmth and ☀️ to ideas
We 👂 with open hearts...

and now the magic ✨

...we all grow together 🌱

It's not a dog eat dog world. We weren't meant for that.

Just remember that you don't ever have to do it alone.

Ohhh Monday evenings.

I used to work long days and get home emotionally drained.

I’d totally check out.

I didn’t want to cook dinner. The laundry piled up. Bath time was dreaded each night.

Now? Our evenings are my favorite! My cup is full. My energy is on point. I’m not screaming at my kids. Now we sing, we dance and we even squeeze in our workouts together in the living room.

Guys...you only live once. Make it worth it 💖

1. Approximately 50,000 cells in your body will die and be replaced with new cells during the time it takes you to read this sentence. We make a new skeleton every three months and a new layer of skin every month.

2. There's something unique about all of us, and it's not just your fingerprint. Every human has a unique tongue print, too.

3. Every square inch of your skin contains 20 feet of blood vessels, 4 yards of nerve fibers, 1,300 nerve cells, 100 sweat glands, and 3 million cells.
