More of Fifth grade’s Texas State Aquarium  field trip!

Fifth grade took their final elementary field trip to the Texas State Aquarium where they were able to engage with different animals and learn all about our sea creatures! They were treated lunch at Whataburger before going back to enjoy the aquarium and then dinner at Pier 99! They had a blast. The pictures speak for themselves!

Fourth grades great adventure! They went to dissect a shark at UTRGV Coastal Lab, lunch at Pelican Station and visited the Turtle Inc. The students had so much fun and learned many new things!

Good Sunday morning!

This last week of school the students
may wear clothing of choice.

As the school year ends let us reflect on all the positive things happening all around us. All the achievements and proud moments your children has this school year. It is because of them that we all keep striving forward. Each and every passing day, your children blossomed! They grew. The learned so many things as much as they learned to rise after an academic fall. They prevailed. Listen to your children when they want to speak about all the things they learned, new friends they made, or a test they passed. The conversations are endless. And as a parent, be proud that you were able to guide your children through another school year. Let’s make this last few days a memorable one! After all, it’s the children’s memories that will last a lifetime!

A surprise farewell party by Mrs. Garcia’s Fifth grade students, bittersweet moment! This will be Mrs. Garcia’s last year at Cleckler-Heald as she will be moving to Katy, Texas.
