Sociology/Criminology Club are having their annual Christmas Stocking Fundraiser. Decorated Christmas stockings filled with goodies can be purchased for $3 and be delivered to the recipient during finals week. They can be purchased by anyone for any student, staff, or faculty member. This is a great Christmas gift and nice way of spreading the holiday cheer, especially during final exams. To place an order, please email [email protected] with name of recipient, his/her mailbox number (if known), and a message to the recipient. Orders will be taken until December 9th, 2016.
Orders at the tables by the mensa stairs will be taken Tuesday November 29th and Wednesday Nov 30th from 5pm-7pm. You must pay when you place your order🎅🏽🎄

Head to the McCaskey Lyceum at 7pm TONIGHT to hear Don Pokorny, Principal Assistant of the Missouri Division of Youth Services, and his colleague Sonja Williams, present on the Missouri Approach which is seen as the most effective juvenile justice system in the United States!
Our honored guests from the Missouri Division of Youth have arrived and on a day none other than Outfly! They got the grand tour of our beautiful campus and look forward to sharing their insights, both professionally and personally, on serving the youth and striving for juvenile justice. 🙏🏽💙 Join us in the Lyceum tomorrow evening at 7pm to hear about the most successful juvenile justice program in our nation.

[10/11/16] The Missouri Approach — Donald Pokorny, principal assistant of the Missouri Division of Youth Services, and his colleague Sonja Williams will be giving a presentation on Missouri’s uniquely successful approach to juvenile justice Wednesday, Oct. 19, 7 p.m., in McCaskey Lyceum. Students, faculty, staff, and community members will have the opportunity to learn about trending issues in juvenile justice and the effective components of rehabilitation in the Missouri system. The Wartburg Sociology/Criminology Club will be hosting a Candlelight Dinner at Wartburg on October 5th at 6:30pm. All are welcome! Sign ups for the dinner will take place Wednesday and Thursday, September 28th and 29th from 5:15pm-7:00pm in the Mensa.
The cost for students with a Board Plan is $2. This may be paid with Points or Cash at the time of sign up. Off Board Students may also attend, and the cost will be $10 at the time of sign up. Special dietary considerations will be taken into account.
