Winter Speed & Agility Testing week starts today!! Excited to see the progress! Keep grinding!
So stoked to add another important certification! After studying for the last 3 months, I passed my exam to become certified as a Corrective Exercise Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine! This specialization focuses on preventing injuries caused by muscular imbalances and faulty movement patterns and how to eliminate pain by improving posture, flexibility and fixing imbalances. Excited to apply what I’ve learned to my athletes! Now on to the next goal, becoming a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Never stop learning!
