The Girls in Politics Business Initiative (“GIB”) introduces girls ages 8 to 17 to business and entrepreneurship.

Events are hosted in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, New Zealand and online.

Leah Solivan founded TaskRabbit in 2008 as RunMyErrand. Solivan served as CEO from 2008-16, scaling the company to 44 cities and raising more than US$50 million. In April 2016, she transitioned to executive chairwoman and in Sep 2017, TaskRabbit was acquired by IKEA.

Rebecca Minkoff and her brother, Uri Minkoff are founders of Rebecca Minkoff. The duo founded the company in 2005 in New York City. The brand has retail stores in New York, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Hong Kong, Tokyo, and Korea.
