So excited for Soleil's convention debut TODAY!✨ She's worked hard preparing all kinds of products from her digital art originals, prints, stickers, laser cut tote bags and earrings and so much more. Everything she's made, she's produced by hand, on her own. No AI art here--just pure talent and hard work. So go support her at the War Memorial Gym and get some goodies for Christmas that represent everything good about artists, buying local, and living a dream.💓
🌱Mahalo for hosting our “Malama ‘Aina Garden Class” to an interactive outdoor tour!
Today our keiki learned the difference between endemic plants, indigenous plants, and native plants, along with their uses!
The highlight of their day was making rope from Ahu’awa stalk and soap by crushing the leaves of Anapanapa🤙🏽

Today is a special day. It's Soleil's birthday!😁 For those of you who don't know Soleil, she is our extremely smart, super talented, independent, kind, and hardworking OG from our Youth Entrepreneurship Program. She's the artist behind all of the newer designs in our makeke, the brains that fixed our laser cutter, and the kind and patient mentor to our junior keiki who like to learn about what she does. She's also the artist/planner/builder/accountant behind her personal art brand that will be at this year's happening next month. We are so proud (and grateful) to have Soleil as part of our 'ohana and send our warmest aloha to her on her special day.💓

Because we all shoot for the stars with our keiki✨ Mahalo MACC💛
Malama Aina with Aunty Penny started with caring for their kalo (making sure to water). They also practiced their math to figure out how long certain vegetables take to grow. Last, they learned how to harvest to seeds from pepper, cucumber, tomato, and kombucha pumpkin to plant next week.
It was a great afternoon!
We are planning to do a Panda fundraiser and need to choose a store. The way it works is that you give our code when you order, and we get 20% of the pre-tax sales. Do you think Ka'ahumanu Panda or Walmart Panda would be better? Ka'ahumanu has lots of foot traffic, but Walmart has the drive-thru. 🤔
Today we were joined by our weekly volunteers Wylan, Shayden, and Owen. We appreciate all the kokua we receive from these young gentlemen.
First picture (Wylan) who was excited ro see his art work.Wylan enjoys coming to MHM and soon he will be learning skills to help grow Second picture is what Shayden and Owen did today. Didnt get them in the picture. Today Shayden and Owne put in some labor to move dirt, pack down, and soak the beds for our keiki in Malama Aina.

We want to send a special birthday shout out to our Executive Director Tammy! A woman who has and have faced many challenges with tenacity, grit, and integrity. She truly is one who will put in the work and not expect anything in return. Not only is she a great leader but she is a amazing mom!
So today we celebrate you Tammy! May you continue to be blessed with continued success and happiness in all that you do!
Happy Birthday! 🎂 🎉🎁

Infinite Night at the MACC with Kumu Nancy and Kumu Peter. Our creative geniuses each painted group versions of their Infinite skies and combined them as one.
Mahalo to Kumu and for having us today!
Malama Aina with Aunty Penny. Today our keiki learned about the story of Wakea and Ho'ohokukalani. It was only fitting that they began their gardening planting huli. They also got their own planting kits to take home as they got to choose two vegetables they wanted to grow.
So much wisdom passed down to the keiki today and we are excited to see how their home garden kits turn out!
