NPTI is a 600 hour long program for people who wish to become personal trainers. We cover the following info:
100 hours of Nutrition
100 hours of Exercise Program Design
100 hours of Anatomy and Physiology
200 hours of in the gym practical experience
50 hours of shadowing real world trainers
50 hours of Specialty classes

NPTI is certified to operate by SCHEV and accredited by the ACCSC
