• Set some academic goals for the year. What do you want to learn? What grades do you want to get? Having goals will help you stay motivated throughout the school year.

Summary: As Fit Learning’s administrative assistant, you will be the team’s right hand person. Initially, we are looking for a person who is available to be in-person, however, it would be a hybrid position as this role is client-facing. The Fit Learning administrative assistant will work one-on-one with the parents from the inquiry stage to the assessment stage and throughout the enrollment. Strong communication skills, both orally and in writing, and interpersonal skills are needed in this position.

The administrative assistant will perform the following duties:
1. Answer phone calls
2. Respond to parent inquiries via email and follow up with a phone call if a parent does not respond to email within 3 business days
3. Schedule consultations
4. Coordinate with parents and scheduling team permanent schedule
5. Schedule changes
6. Reassessment process
7. Billing
8. Payroll
9. Lab tasks - coordinating getting materials and supplies
10. Manage CEO’s calendar
11. Review Welcome Packet with parents via Zoom
12. Must have 20 hours of availability
