HOW I DO IT! Simple Tips to Supercharge Your Health.
Plan your meals and DON'T skip breakfast. Becoming the best version of yourself requires a little daily planning. Every evening before calling it a day, I take 10-15 minutes to PLAN MY MEALS for the next day. I set out my bowl of quick oats, banana, bottle of spring water and protein powder so it's ready to go first thing in the AM. NEXT, I prepare my lunchbox with fruit, spinach/romaine greens, whole grain rice, nuts and seeds and either whole grain bread or wraps to put together quickly at lunchtime. I pack ingredients separately in containers so everything stays crisp. Water bottle is typically filled with organic lemonade and several squeezes of fresh lime juice. DINNER, I leave all ingredients in the fridge in a plastic bin for making a quick and easy chicken or fish stir fry in my wok. My daily backpack I keep stocked with apples, protein food bars and my supplements that I intake between my three primary meals during the day.

What Is Wellness?
As I approach my 61st birthday, I reflect on the positive experiences and friendships that I have enjoyed and been blessed with over many years from a long-time commitment to my fitness program.

However, wellness is so much more than sculpted biceps and your current max lift in the bench press.

Wellness incorporates a plethora of daily simple choices or next steps that when collectively executed over time have a profound affect on our lives and contribute to our enhanced overall qualify of life and well-being.

It is the integration of consistent Mind, Body and Spirit activities that leads us to a lower risk for serious illness and a beneficial life balance for ourselves as well as the special people in our lives.

EXCITED TO BEGIN PUTTING TOGETHER my new backyard Outdoor Strength & Cardio Training Circuit.
🏃⛹️🏋️ Aerobic Shooting Hoops, Rebounder, Log Hops and T-bar inspired Rows with log, Inverted Row on former black trampoline frame, Stair based Scissor Lunges and Step Ups, Weighted Wheel Borrow uphill pulls, Pushups/Decline Pushups on a low hanging tree branch, Pullups on an old seated glider stand just to get started ALL sandwiched around 400 meter Power Walking repeats around my block which has a hill on both end short sides. Looking to launch this coming Sunday. And of course, I will post a video and pics! 🤣😎👍💪. Beta testing this for an Outdoor Small Group Fitness Class I am planning to offer this coming summer. ☀️🌈.
