Army ROTC is a college-level officer producing program designed to train and educate college students to being future Army leaders while pursuing a degree of their choice for a bachelors or master’s degree whereas JROTC in high school is designed to create better citizens for our nation. JROTC is not a requirement to do college SROTC. If you high school seniors are interested in applying for a 3 or 4 year scholarship to cover full tuition and fees or $12,000 per year for room and board, have then contact your local college Army ROTC program!
