Ladies, listen!!

I am reminding myself that nothing changes, unless I do.
This include how I spend my “Down Time” and my Thought Processes ….. which phone calls should I take or return, what conversations should I engage in, who I should invite or accept in my space.
I have FINALLY learned that I do not have to answer the phone when it rings. (When it’s not Business)
It’s OK for me to send calls to voicemail. That’s something that I almost NEVER do.

This also include me reminding myself that the aim isn’t to work harder, but WISER.
I’m thinking about how to maximize my time, and be on track with my Goals.
2019 & 2021 reminded me to not take time and other resources for granted, but to ensure that I consistently do the BEST that I can, while I can, for as long as I can!
Seasons change.
We mature.
We evolve.
We change…. And it’s totally ok to CHOOSE PEACE over Popularity and Peace of Mind, over Negativity and Drama.

As you return to work tomorrow and begin a NEW YEAR, please remember the following:
1- This year has no mistakes in it. Make wise choices going forward.

2- Shine Your Light among men, so that they may see your good works and glorify your father who is in heaven!

3- People can simply know that you're a Christian by YOUR ACTIONS.
You don't have to wear a chain with a cross on it, or walk around with a physical Bible.

4. Any Relationship that does not ADD to your life, is TAKING AWAY from it.
Act accordingly.

Happy Thursday, everyone!
I am a Life and Relationship Coach who specialize in Life After Divorce/Break up.

When you've experienced TRUE, GENUINE, RECIPROCATED, HEALTHY LOVE, it's emotionally, physically, psychologically and mentally IMPOSSIBLE for you to accept ANYTHING less.
You eschew anything that is contrary.

Emotionally healthy people treasure that.
You want to give AND receive that.
This is ONLY what you embrace and will never settle for a shadow or replica of LOVE.

Love is real.

The Principles that we have when we’re hiring for business, should be the same principles we have for Relationships.
If someone isn’t qualified - emotionally, intellectually, mentally or psychologically to meet your desires/needs in a Relationship then they should not be allowed to be in the position of a Boyfriend/Girlfriend or Partner in your life.

We accomplish (Relationship) success, when we find the most qualified, suitable and compatible Partner.
This allows us to thrive and to be at maximum capacity in our lives.
It Allows us to be our best self.
It allows us to be genuinely happy.
It reminds us, that the possibilities are endless.

Are you with THE MOST QUALIFIED person, or are you living a life below your priveledge?
Are you settling for one or more reasons, that only you’re privy to?🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️

Tuesdays Coaching Tip- “The Waiting Challenge!”

Continue to respect and honor yourself.
At the right time, your paths will cross and you will meet THE ONE that’s specifically designed for you.
I have learned, that when we rush (in Business or Personal Relationships) failure is inevitable.

It’s always better to wait on Divine Timing.
Yes I know God‘s timing is sometimes MUCH LONGER then we wish it were 🤦‍♀️, but He knows best.
I often remind my friends and clients, that it’s better to go months or years with a DRAMA FREE LIFE, than live Years and Decades being unhappy and suffering emotional trauma.

So many of us are “Traumatized Work-a holics!”
We bury ourselves in our Career to anesthesize and eschew our past pains.

It’s OK. We live and we learn.

Until then. Pray. Find positive amazing friends to be around and get involved in social activities.….continue to enjoy your life.

I promise you- when you meet him/her, you’ll be GLAD you had the discipline to WAIT.

My 10 years as a Relationship Coach has taught me that:

Men are innately born to chase, to pursue.
They’re naturally protective.
They know exactly who they want and they do everything to make it a possibility.
They will make promises and stick to it.
They will change.
They will adapt.
They will compromise.
They will love you with all of their heart.
They will apologize.
They will make it right.
They will never allow their pride to get in the way.
They will help their partner to understand their needs.
They can never stand to see the woman that they love Hurting, or sad.
If inevitably or deliberately they caused their partner pain, they will make it right.
If they want YOU, there’ll be no doubt about it.
They will COMMUNICATE that to you.

Love isn’t a mystery.
The right one for YOU will do all of these things eagerly and happily.🥰
Love and appreciate wholeheartedly, the one who do!
Reciprocate said actions.
Love them with every fiber of your being!

Love requires:
🟥 Vulnerability
We must be willing to open our hearts and minds to let someone in. We must let go of past hurts and pain, so that we can give our partners the love, respect, and attention that they deserve.
We must be emotionally free and detached from past relationships. Monogamous Relationships are Circular, not Triangular or Rectangular.

🟥 Trust
We must earn our partner’s trust. Trust isn’t freely given. It’s earned and should not be abused. Our ACTIONS & WORDS should be in perfect alignment.

🟥 Forgiveness
We must forgive ourselves for past negative experiences…. And let them go.
We must also be willing to forgive our partner, if they’re remorseful.
No one is perfect.

🟥 Fidelity
To love our partner, means that we’re FAITHFUL AND COMMITTED to them, ONLY.
Being Faithful puts a demand on us to be authentically REAL. We all NEED Emotional Security.

🟥 Love means that we make it an ACTION word.
We provide, we protect, we defend, we admire, we complement, we care, we understand.
Loving someone means that we should never be the source of their pain.
Their happiness, well-being, should be our priority.
Loving someone means that we eliminate every and all obstacles that hinders MUTUAL HAPPINESS AND GROWTH.
Our ACTS OF LOVE should be manifested in many different ways.
