Your relationship with YOU is the absolute most important relationship to have with anyone on this earth. Do everything you can to protect it, nurture it and continue to flourish.

After years of working with hundreds of women who initially focused on weight loss, I noticed a concern that repeatedly came up in our conversations after their short-term weight loss goal was achieved.

It turns out these women all had one thing in common, something more than weight loss. They were looking for not only a healthy lifestyle but also enjoyable and lasting changes. They wanted to enjoy social events, special celebrations and just everyday family time around the dinner table feeling progress, not failure of perfection and guilt.
