In 1998, two business men came together, both looking for a new challenge. Though their intial goal was to find a means to boost their economic resources, they were mindful of the fact that not only did they wish to improve their lifestyles, but to do something that would give back to their communities as well. In 1998, two business men came together, both looking for a new challenge. Though their intial goal was to find a means to boost their economic resources, they were mindful of the fact that not only did they wish to improve their lifestyles, but to do something that would give back to their communities as well. After much research and seeing the growing demand for more textile recycling facilities they created American Recyclers.
It was just the opportunity they were looking for. A way to earn a decent living as well as a way to help our environment. Over Twenty years ago American Recyclers began with a handful of employees and a small warehouse and has now grown to be an instrumental force in the textile recycling industry.
