Why did you run for office? - “I ran for GSC office because I wanted to give a voice for all graduate students and leave a positive impact on the graduate school.”

What was the best part about serving on the GSC? - “The best part about serving as an officer on the GSC has been networking with so many outstanding students and faculty members here at KSU. It has provided a unique opportunity to work with people that I would have otherwise never have gotten the chance to.”

Participants will learn about the various aspects of the grant writing process including writing a narrative and project summary, justifying your budget, reviewing criteria and evaluation, and developing your objectives and goals. Graduate students and post-docs are all welcome to attend!
