Mohamed has achieved notable academic and professional success. During his time at NMSU, he has published 18 journal articles in prestigious journals such as the Journal of Applied Physics and International Journal of Engineering Sciences. Good Morning Golden Key Members,

We hope your midterms and undergoing projects are going smoothly. The NMSU Golden Key chapter will be having two general meetings this month in the William Conroy Honors Building Lobby:

April 10th @3:30 P.M.
April 24th @3:30 P.M. (Election Night)

Election Night:

April 24th is election night, the following executive positions are up for bid from any member:

President
Vice-President
Treasurer
Secretary
Public Relations

Please email President Alvin ([email protected]) or Vice-President Kelly ([email protected]) if you are interested in any of these positions or if you would like specific information. This is a great opportunity to broaden your leadership skill set and buffer your resume, as well as having the benefits of a platform to volunteer from.

T-Shirts:
We would like to purchase T-shirts for active members; however, we need a headcount and t-shirt sizes.

Graduation Regalia:

If you are graduating this May 2018 please email our Treasurer Brooke ([email protected]) for more information.

Volunteering:

The most immediate volunteering opportunity is this weekend Saturday, April 7th from 8:00 A.M. until noon at Highland Elementary. They are hosting the district competition of the Battle of the Books. Volunteers are provided breakfast. Battle of the Books is a club for students in grades 4th – 8th in which students read from a list of 20 books and have competitions in which they answer questions about the books they've read. Volunteers will be needed to time the competitions as well as read questions out loud to the competitors, help set up classrooms for competitions and reset furniture after the competitions.

If you are interested in this opportunity please email [email protected].
