We hate having to share the news that another YouthBuild Charter School of California graduate has passed away. 💔

"It is with great sadness that I share the loss of a former LA CAUSA student, Alberto Guzman. Alberto was a remarkable young man who transformed his life after joining our program. Every day, he took public transportation from South Central to East Los Angeles, always arriving on time and ready to work. His commitment and determination paid off—he earned his high school diploma, became a skilled electrician, and was part of the team that won first place in a construction competition. His legacy is a powerful reminder of what perseverance and dedication can achieve. He will be deeply missed."
