SJNHS' BE 2022 KICK-OFF PROGRAM, CROWDED BY STAKEHOLDERS

To formally commence this year's Brigada Eskwela, San Jose National High School conducted BE 2022 Kick-off Program today, August 09, 2022 at SJNHS GPTA Hall. The venue was crowded by active stakeholders --- MLGU, BLGU, Brgy. Health workers, SK Officials, teachers, parents and representatives from numerous private agencies.

Some of the highlights during the program were the recognition of the outstanding stakeholders, giving of packed groceries, and school supplies to the attendees through raffle draw. SK Officials also initiated the Feeding program while the BHW facilitated parents who are not vaccinated.

The institution is beyond grateful for the enormous support extended by the stakeholders for this year's BE. SJNHS hopes to see you in other upcoming school programs and activities!

Filipino at mga Katutubong Wika: Kasangkapan sa Pagtuklas at Paglika

Ang Mataas na Paaralan ng San Jose ay nakikiisa sa taunang pagdiriwang ng Buwan ng Wika!

Ang tema ng BnW ‘22 ay pagkilala sa hindi matatawarang halaga ng basic science research na malimit tukuying pundamental o batayang saliksik na nagsisilbing pundasyon ng kaalamang inilalapat sa applied science. Hindi mapabubulaanan na lahat ng mga dakilang tuklas na bumago sa kasaysayan at paraan ng pamumuhay ng sangkatauhan ay nagmula sa payak na siyensiya (basic sciences).

Patunay rin ang tema ng BnW ng matalik na komitment at pakikiisa ng KWF sa 2022-2032 International Decade on Indigenous Languages ng UNESCO na ang pangunahing lunggati ay itaguyod ang karapatan ng Mamamayang Katutubo sa malayang pagpapahayag, pagkakaroon ng akses sa edukasyon, at partisipasyon sa mga gawiang pampamayanan gamit ang katutubong wika bilang pangunahing kahingian sa pagpapanatiling buhay ng mga wikang pamana na ang karamihan ay nanganganib nang maglaho.

•Abangan ang mga patimpalak na inihanda ng paaralan para maisakatuparan ang mga layunin sa pagdiriwang ng BnW 2022 na magpapamalas ng talino, galing at talento.

The Department of Education (DepEd) released the important dates to remember for academic year 2022-2023.

GRADUATES AND COMPLETERS SHOW INTEREST IN SAVING TREES

Aiming to raise awareness to the community in the importance of planting and saving trees, SJNHS completers and graduating students led the tree planting activity today, June 16, 2022 at San Jose National High School ground.

"Tana mabuhi ni among mga tanom para mapuslan sa mga estudyante ug sa tibook eskwelahan sa umaabot nga panahon. Makatabang pata sa school, makatabang pa jud ta sa Earth," said Ruffa N. Zoilo, Grade 12 student.

The tree planting activity was started at exactly 8:00 AM and lasted until 11:15 AM. Some of the fruit bearing trees being planted were durian, mangosteen, rambutan, mango, pomelo and coconut. The said activity was facilitated by grade 10 and 12 advisers namely Ma'am Mindaliza Montilla, Ma'am Dafhine Clue Elorza, Ma'am Malou P. Abecia and Sir Alfe R. Iglesia. With the supervision of the school head, Sir Tomas M. Ferrol, the activity became another huge success!

Parents and guardians of the Graduating class 2021-2022 wholeheartedly attended the 4th HRPTA Meeting today, June 03,2022 at the senior high building. Some of the important agenda being discussed were the upcoming face-to-face graduation and schedule of events like graduation pictorial, tree planting, flower planting, submission of lacking documents and students' performance.

Parents from three sections--- Pascal, Descartes, and Euler showed 100% support in every agendum comprehensively discussed by the advisers. With shared ideas and brilliant suggestions, the meeting ended meaningfully and smoothly.

SJNHS CONDUCTS VIRTUAL SLAC ON ACTION RESEARCH, MENTAL HEALTH AND SBM WINS

To intensify and perdure teachers' knowledge and background on Action Research, Mental Health, and SBM WINS, San Jose National High School conducted a virtual SLAC session last May 12, 2022 giving emphasis on the above-mentioned topics.

The session was not only composed of faculty but it was also participated by the Regional Science Coordinator, Sir Kevin Hope Salvaña and AgSur Division Administrator, Sir Dandy V. ANINO who both delivered an inspirational message to the teachers.

The session was smooth as a cotton and every topic was ended with an open discussion.

SJNHS HOLDS 3RD GPTA ASSEMBLY, MOOE IMPLEMENTATION REVIEW

San Jose National High School, under the baton of Mr. Tomas M. Ferrol, III, conducted the 3rd General Assembly and MOOE Implementation last May 2, 2022 at SJNHS GPTA hall. The said event was participated by parents and stakeholders. This meeting was carried out with the goal of informing the participants on the preparation of the school for the opening of the limited face-to-face classes of senior high school. Mr. Ferrol was also able to deliver the updates of the status of the school's MOOE.

SJNHS HOLDS A GOING-AWAY PARTY TO MA'AM GRACE
To give appreciation to ma'am Grace D. Palar's commendable services to SJNHS, the school held a going-away party for her today, March 31,2022 at the Grade-10 classroom.

Ma'am Grace is considered as one of the well-ignited torches in the institution who brought life, hope, and light to the students and to the entire SJNHS. She will be leaving Philippines for the meantime and will be spending time to Japan with her family.

She was in big surprise thinking that the little gathering is intended for the school LAC session. Her eyes teared with joy and astonishment after the successful prank set by the faculty.

The whole team cried a river during the giving of individual messages to her. She also viewed video greetings and messages from BLGU, previous school heads of SJNHS, students and close friends.

Ma'am Grace extended her thanks and great appreciation to the effort prepared by the school. She was serenaded by the SSG officers in their song tribute and it was ended with the picture taking and a salo-salo.

EARLY REGISTRATION FOR S.Y. 2022-2023 OFFICIALLY STARTS
To ensure the right of all learners to enroll and be equally provided with quality, accessible, relevant, and liberating basic education, San Jose National High School has officially started the school Early Registration for S.Y. 2022-2023 last March 25,2022 until April 30, 2022.

Only incoming Grades 7 and 11 shall pre-register in the secondary while incoming Grades 8 to10 and Grade 12 students are already considered pre-registered and no longer required to participate in the Early Registration activity.

Only the parents or guardians will be allowed in the process of registration and must observe safety heath protocol. The exact area of the registration is in front of the School Head's Office.

The topics were delivered by SJNHS empowered women Dafhine Clue Elorza and Grace D. Palar which was also participated by the full force of SJNHS teaching personnel.

G-11 STUDENTS SHOW HUGE INTEREST FOR THIS YEAR'S CGAP
With the institution's goal of orienting the learners to choose their desired job and career, San Jose National High School with its Career Guidance Advocate, Ma'am Royalyn B. Dela Cruz, facilitated a two-day Career Guidance Advocacy Program last March 21-22, 2022 at the GPTA Hall.

The said program was actively participated by the Grade 11 students who were very thankful for the knowledge and information they acquired after the event.

"We are so auspicious that we are given the chance to attend such orientation like this. The knowledge that we have received to all the brilliant speakers definitely helped us on what career to choose", said Arlyn Prieto, G-11 student in vernacular during her impression.

They were also motivated in realizing their dreams in life as the school head, Sir Tomas M. Ferrol, III delivered his inspirational message.

The activity ended by singing the community song titled, The Journey and was hosted by Sir Alfe Iglesia.

18 March 2022, Friday--- With all the skills, knowledge, and tips gained during the Training on Technical Writing and Job Interview, Senior High students from G-12 TVL, GAS and ABM confidently answered the job and career-related questions during the Mock Interview today at the GPTA Hall with Sir Victor and yours truly as the interviewers.

The process of the activity was light for they brought with them their complete documents---cover letter, resume and pds filed in a white clean folder. They were also well-groomed and well-armored with good communication skills.

The activity ended by announcing the hired applicants in each section.
