How can you do this? Start small if you have to.

Changing your vibrations changes your life.

✨Be a positive light.
✨When the idea of complaining comes to your mind, choose to not express it out loud.
✨Don’t share gossip.
✨Don’t start gossip.
✨Avoid people who suck your energy
✨Start your day with a mantra of gratitude
✨Respond with compassion
✨Don’t assume
✨Give Compliments...even to strangers
✨Wave or smile at strangers and neighbors
✨Spend time doing the things that bring you joy

Hello everyone!

I hope this message finds you all doing well! We need to keep our spirits up and all of us artists stay creative and connected. I'm going to begin teaching an online audition class this Thursday via Zoom. If you'd like to do this together with a group of friends I can organize specific times for your group.
I can send you sides, or we can work on an old audition you had that you'd like to revisit. We can even work on some Stella Adler exercises.
I know a lot of us aren't working right now, so please don't let money prevent you from participating. Suggested class tuition is $200 for 4 classes or $55 per class BUT pay what you can or we can barter services.
I'm only taking five students per session. If you're interested I will send you a Zoom link and instructions.
Keep your mental, physical, and spiritual health strong!
Be kind of others fear and opinions, even when we don't agree we can still respect one another and be kind.

We will be playing games and having fun with the work! In this playful spirit we will root for and inspire one another.
