To our many generous friends,
We have some exciting news to share as we approach 2023!
This year the Board of Friends of Tennessee School for the Blind reached the long-term goal of our organization to establish a legacy endowment that will serve the students of Tennessee School for the Blind well into the future.
We recently dissolved our 501(c)(3) organization in order to establish the Friends of Tennessee School for the Blind Legacy Fund at The Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee.
Through the support of generous community organizations, business leaders, corporate foundations, and generous individuals, Friends of TSB has been able to touch every student through supplements to sports, arts, music, academic, and life skills programs for 25 years!
The great news? The Legacy Fund will continue to provide yearly funding to TSB to support the needs of the students! Members of our current board will serve on an advisory committee to the fund. Our generous community can continue to support the students of TSB through donations to the endowment.
The address for sending donations is now:
The Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee
