Big congratulations to ASU Law Professor Ellen Bublick and ASU Law student Elizabeth Kness! The two recently presented their co-authored paper on designing products and product liability law, keeping in mind a product's full natural history.

They were invited to present at the Obligations XI international conference at Harvard Law School, where they shared their work with an audience that included justices from state and international Supreme Courts and faculty from institutions like Harvard University and University of Oxford.

This is an example of ASU Law faculty and students shaping conversations in the legal field.

ASU Law Professor Ann Ching has co-authored a newly published textbook with Carolina Academic Press on appellate advocacy alongside Judge David Gass, a judge for Division One of the Arizona Court of Appeals. This book breaks down the appellate process with clarity, blending legal theory, ethics and the psychology of persuasion for today’s law students and practitioners.
