८. सामाजिक सञ्जालमा जो मान्छेहरू हँसिलो तस्वीरहरू पोष्ट गर्दछन् बास्तबमा उनीहरू कति दुःखी हुन्छन् भन्ने बुझिन्छ !
९. प्रेम र काम बासनाको अन्तर बुझिन्छ !
१०. स्वास्थ्य सबै भन्दा अनमोल सम्पत्ति हो भन्ने बुझिन्छ !
११. यदि सच्चा आचरणको कारण किताब पढ्ने मान्छेहरू हारे पनि उनीहरूमा आत्महत्याको बिचार दिमागमा आउँदैन !
११. जो संग करौडौंको सम्पत्ति हुन्छ उनीहरूको गरिबी र जो दैनिक १००-२०० रूपैयाँ कमाउँछन् उनीहरूको समृद्धि देखिन्छ !
१२. जिबनमा शिक्षाको महत्व बुझिन्छ !
१३, फिल्ममा नाटक गर्ने कलाकार त सबैले देख्दछन् तर दैनिक बास्तबिक जिबनमा धेरै मान्छेहरूले त्यो भन्दा राम्रो नाटक गरिराखेका हुन्छन् ! यो तथ्य केवल धेरै किताब पढ्ने अनुभबी मान्छेहरूले मात्र पहिचान गर्न सक्छन् !
१४. धेरै किताब पढ्ने मान्छेहरूलाई केबल एउटा मात्रै जातको बारेमा थाहा हुन्छ त्यो हो- मानबता !
१५. हारेका मान्छेहरूलाई प्रेरित गर्नाले उनीहरूले फेरी जित्न सक्छन् यो अध्ययनशील मान्छेहरूलाई थाहा हुन्छ !

मुठ्ठी रोपेरर मुरी उत्पादन गर्न असार १५ गते धान रोपिन्छ। गाउँघरमा हतार चटार गरेर भएपनि धेरै किसानले असार १५ गते धान रोप्ने गर्छन्। त्यसैले यस दिनलाई राष्ट्रिय धान दिवसको रूपमा मनाईदैँ आएको छ।

१, बेलुका ८:००बजे-सम्ममा टिभी बन्द गर्नुहोस् ! टिभिमा ८ बजे भन्दा पछाडि आफ्नो बच्चा भन्दा महत्त्वपूर्ण केही आउँदैन !

२, आफ्नो बच्चाको स्कुलको कापी किताब हेर्नको लागि ३०/४५ मिनेट समय निकाल्नुहोस ! उसको गृहकार्य पूरा गराउनुहोस !

३, दैनिकी सबै बिषयको कापी हेर्नुहोस उस बिषयको खास ध्यान दिनुहोस् जसमा उ राम्रो गरिरहेको छैन !

४, बच्चाको आधारभूत शिक्षा भबिश्यको लागि अति महत्त्वपूर्ण हुन्छ !

५, बच्चालाई रातको १० बजे सुत्न र बिहान ६ बजे उठ्नको लागि बानि बसाल्नुहोस !

६, यदि तपाईं कुनै पार्टी/सामाजिक कार्यमा बच्चाको साथमा जानुहुन्छ भने धेरै रातसम्म घर फर्कनुहुदैन भने भोलिपल्ट बच्चाहरूलाई आराम गर्न दिनुहोस् ( स्कुल नपठाउनुहोस् ) यदि तपाईं भोलि बच्चा स्कुल पठाउन चाहनुहुन्छ भने रातको १० बजेभित्र घर फर्कनुहोस !

७, आफ्नो बच्चालाई बिरुवा लगाउन र उसलाई हेरचाह गर्नको लागि बानी बसाल्नुहोस !

८, सुत्ने समय आफ्नो बच्चालाई पृथ्वीनारायण,भिमसेन,अम्बर सिंह थापा, बलभद्र कुवर जस्ताको जिबनी गाथा सुनाउनुहोस !

९, हरेक बर्ष गर्मी वा जाडोको छुट्टिमा (आफ्नो गक्ष अनुसार) कहि घुमाउन लानुहोस यसले उनीहरुको भिन्दै मान्छेको साथ नंया ठाउँमा बस्न सिक्छ्न !

१०, आफ्नो बच्चाको प्रतिभाको पत्ता लगाउनुहोस ! र उसलाई तिखार्न साहायता गर्नुहोस् ! ( बच्चा कुनै बिषय संगित, खेल, अभिनय , चित्रकला, नृत्य , आदिमा रुचि राख्न सक्छन् यसले उनीहरुको जीवन रमाइलो बनाउछ !

११, बच्चालाई प्लास्टिक प्रयोग नगर्नको लागि सिकाउनुहोस ! तातो खाना र पानी प्लास्टिकमा प्रयोग नगर्नको लागि भन्नुहोस् !

१२, भान्साकोठामा खाना बनाउने समय जो यस्तो होस् बच्चाले मन पराउन ! उनिहरुलाई खाना बनाउनको लागि आफुलाई सहयोग गर्नको लागि भन्नुहोस् बच्चाहरुलाई राम्रो लाग्ने छ !

१३, प्रत्येक बच्चा जन्मदा नै बैज्ञानिक हुन्छन् ! उनिहरु संग धेरै प्रश्न हुन्छन् , यो सबै प्रश्नको जवाफ हामी दिन सक्छौं ! हामी सचेत हुनुपर्छ बच्चाको प्रश्नमा रिसाउनु हुँदैन ! उसको प्रश्नको जवाफ तुरुन्त दिनुहोस् जवाफ् थाहा छैनभने सोधपुछ गरेर दिनुहोस् !

१४, बच्चालाई अनुशासन र बाँच्नको लागि राम्रो तरिकाले भन्नुहोस् ( सहि र गलत व्याख्या गर्नुहोस् )

१५, बच्चालाई भर्नाको लागि कुनै सर्बश्रेष्ठ स्कुल खोज्नु भन्दा सबैभन्दा राम्रो स्कुल त्यो हो जहाँ तपाईंको बजेटको लागि उपयुक्त छ ! भबिस्यमा हामिले छोराछोरी को पढाइको लागि अधिक पैसा खर्च गर्नुपर्ने हुन्छ ! त्यसैले पैसा बचाउनुहोस यस्ता अरु खर्चिला स्कुलहरु पनि छन् त्यसैले घाँटी हेरि हार्ड निल्नुहोस !

१६, बच्चालाई आफै पढ्न र सिक्ने बानी बसाल्नुहोस !

१७, बच्चालाई मोबाइल फ़ोन प्रयोग गर्न नदिनुहोस , आबश्यक हुँदा आफ्नो निग्रानिमा मोबाइल प्रयोग गर्न दिनुहोस् !

१८, बच्चालाई आफ्नो काममा सहायता गर्नको आगि भन्नुहोस् ! जस्तै खाना बनाउन , सरसफाइ गर्न, सामान ब्यबस्थित गरि राख्न सिकाउनुहोस !

१९ , र सबैभन्दा महत्त्वपूर्ण चिज हामिले आफ्नो बच्चालाई शिक्षा को साथमा राम्रो संस्कार पनि दिनुपर्छ ! ताकी उनिहरु जिबनमा सफ़ल र सहि मानिस बन्न सकुन !

Dear Parents/ Guardians,
Greetings.
Hope you all are doing well!
This is for your kind information that the school runs physically to all students from 1st Falgun. The timetable for classes is the same as the physical classes before. To reduce the crowd at the school gate, parents are requested to pick up the child on time (if needed) as scheduled as previous.
1. Let's join hands together-to fight against Covid-19. Let's follow the health protocols issued by the concerned authority of Nepal Government.
2. Information to the students:
a) Come in proper school uniform in time. Follow all personal hygiene protocols of school.
b) Get body temperature measured at the school gate before entering the school premises. If body temperature is found high, stay away from the mass and wait till your parent comes to pick up you to home.
c) Put on a clinical mask compulsorily from home to school and vice versa.
d) Hold hand sanitizer and use it properly.
e) Tiffin facility is available in the school canteen. If you are managing it from home, manage to send in lunch box or hot case in the morning with students themselves. Parents won't be allowed to drop tiffin for their child in the middle of school hours. As a step of preventive measures against Covid-19, the school gate will be closed after the class start and open only when school gets over.
f) Bring water yourselves (if required). Hot water is available in school, too (if required).
g) There is soap and water for handwashing during school hours. Use it properly. Don't mishandle.
h) Transportation facility will be continued from the first day if required.
Note: We are in about the end of the academic session 2078. Students must be punctual and regular from the first day of physical class. The students with poor attendance will not be allowed to stay in the Final Exam.
