I would love your training advice regarding a specific issue. I train claims adjusters and have an adjuster who is good at what he does, but his recorded statements are awful. He speaks so fast and mumbles his words together, making it very hard to decipher what he is saying. The person being interviewed sometimes has to ask 'What?' up to three or four times. This has been discussed with the adjuster, to no avail. Any suggestions? TIA
