The 2018 Physical Activity Guidelines Advisory Committee reviewed research on the link between physical activity and health outcomes in kids under 6. They found strong evidence showing that increased physical activity improves bone health and helps manage weight or reduce the risk of weight gain in kids aged 3 to 6.

It’s the final month of 2024! We’re wrapping up this year with a focus on Reaction Time for our classes.
How can you help in improving your kid’s reaction time?
Try this: Have them lie on their back. At the sound of the whistle, they are to get up and run to a target.
Repeat with the kid sitting, standing backwards, and lying on their belly. Red light green light and freeze dance are also simple but great ways to work on reaction time.
