Ever wonder why fitness assessments are so crucial? They're like the foundation of your fitness journey. 🏋️‍♂️

Here's why:

Baseline Setting: We use fitness assessments to establish where you're starting from, clarifying your unique goals.

Data Gathering: We collect important data like body measurements and body fat percentage.

Posture & Movement: Assessing static posture and movement quality reveals how well you control your body.

Quality of Movement: We check for things like knee valgus (knees knocking in) that can lead to injuries, ensuring your program addresses them.

For example, I've always had knee valgus, which can be linked to ACL tears – and I've been there! 😬 But with the right program, I'm addressing it to keep me strong and injury-free.
