What is actually happening in our brains that make for differences between introverts and extroverts?

Simply, the way information moves and is processed in an extraverts brain is much faster than an introverts brain.

This is because extroverts process information through a pathway in the brain which relies more on Dopamine and sends information from the Senses directly to the Prefrontal Cortex to be quickly acted on.

Introverts use a pathway more reliant on acetylcholine which sends stimulus to the back of the brain prior to reaching the prefrontal cortex for a decision to be made.

What is a Cognitive Profiling Session?

I help you build a Basic Cognitive Profile in order to begin understanding how the contents of your mind are metabolized through specific regions of the brain.

Your Type Code is determined by taking a dive into the inner contents of your mind. The 4 letters in this code represents your Cognitive Preferences, which are correlated to activity in specific regions of your brain.

Once you have been profiled, I provide you with your Type Code and break it down to the underlying mental processes, known as Cognitive Functions.

What will you learn during a profiling session?

In this session I teach you how to use your Type Code to understand your Flow State and the types of activities you can do to find Flow more often.

We’ll also go into loops which are patterns of mental modes you may find yourself needing to break free of.

Lastly I’ll provide you with a recommended growth path based on your personality profile.

How you use your Understanding of the Type Code beyond this is up to you.

Once you have a Basic Cognitive Profile Built you will have access to other Programs as they become available. Each Program adds dimensionality to your Cognitive Profile and a better understanding of yourself.

I also offer Personal Coaching and Professional Development focused on helping you find balance through development of your Cognitive Function Stack.
