Good Evening,

Mr. Tedford has asked that I follow up on the message he sent earlier today regarding Crocs footwear. Out of an abundance of caution, and with a focus on student safety, we failed to take into consideration the fact that students may not have alternative footwear. Mr. Tedford would like to put a pause on any changes at this time. However, moving forward we will be enforcing the policy of students wearing straps to secure the Crocs around their ankles. We apologize for any concerns this may have caused and appreciate the feedback provided by the community so far. Such changes should not be made overnight. We will be more diligent in the future in giving parents time to adjust. Student safety will continue to be a top priority. Mr. Tedford has sent an email to all students with this update. We appreciate your continued support from home.
