This month's presentation is on Workers' Compensation Update by Cindy Zimmerman with the Montana Department of Labor & Industry's Workers' Compensation Claims Assistance Bureau. Attendees will learn the basics of the Montana Workers’ Compensation System and statute changes based on this year’s legislature. In addition, attendees will learn about the Uninsured Employer’s Fund and how to file a workers’ compensation claim.
