The purpose of this book is to help you make your organization—whether a corporation, nonprofit, small business, government group, church, or charity—one of the outstanding ones. I’ll show you the essential things you need to be thinking and doing—or, in some cases, not thinking and doing—in order to help your organization stand out from the rest.
