Food for thought: If we consider our lives to be in the context of existing in an active battlefield, it can actually help us long term.
When there is more pressure, or we feel there are higher stakes in something, we tend to be more intentional about our thoughts and actions. John 10:10 states "The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full".
As Christians, we are aware that there is an evil that tries to take away our joy and peace. Therefore, when we take the perspective of existing in a spiritual battlefield into our day-to-day life, it allows us to live much more intentionally and with greater purpose.

Did you know that we offer support groups for Foster and Adoption Families?
Most of our support group sessions are in-person and childcare is provided, however, we also offer a handful of virtual meetings throughout the year. Virtual meetings consist of 45-60 minutes of training and the rest of the time will be used to connect with one another and walk alongside each other in your journey as foster and adoptive parents.
To join a support group near you, email us at [email protected] or give us a call at (602) 769-6126.
