We had a wonderful competition weekend! All About Dance Studio took 31 dances and brought home
28 1st places
19 high golds (meaning a score of 98.7% or higher)
3 2nd places

3 judges choice nominations out of 9 given
Trophy for highest point (only 10 given)
Grand Champion Overall (most wins in a division) only 2 given

This will get us prepared for the 2021-2022 dance season! We will be going to four competitions starting in February - May ending our season off with a competition in Lagoon!

14 high golds 98.5% or higher

Good afternoon! So currently right now, we are not accepting any new students as our recital is only a month away, but I do have the Summer Schedule done! I also will have the new 2021-2022 dance schedule finished tomorrow! Registration for the Summer Camps will open tomorrow Wednesday April 21st and for the Fall/Spring Dance Schedule we will open registration on Friday April 23rd.

All About Dance Studio hosted a coloring contest for dancers tumblers and siblings.

There are 4 age divisions:
2-4 year olds
5-7 year olds
8-10 year olds
11-15 year olds

Please like and comment on the picture that you like the most. We will then choose a winner with the most likes and comments for each age division.

The Facebook contest will go until 7:30 PM on Tuesday, April 20. There will also be a random winner for each division that will be chosen as well.Winners will be announced at 8 PM on Tuesday, April 20.

Do you have a child 2 years old? Older? High School Age? Have we got the thing for you!
All About Dance Studio offers a variety of dance classes to ALL kids 2 years old and older! All dance classes are combo classes, so they learn ballet, jazz, and tap! We also offer tumbling, teaching your children the right way to do acrobatics so they don't hurt themselves! Hip-Hop where they can find themselves and have fun with creating movement and finally Competition Teams, where the dancers get to go to Boise, Poky, and Lagoon to show off all of the hard work that they have done throughout the year to get a trophy and a medal :)

With Kids going back to school and ready to start some activities? Why not give them a creative path to release all their energy?!

All About Dance Studio is now accepting registration for our Fall/Spring 2020-2021 Dance Season. Classes do start on Monday August 17th but registration will be open until the middle of September.

Dance Families:

I am making this post with a heavy heart... we have taken into consideration the news of Twin Falls and surrounding areas closing down their school districts, the amount of dancers that have had a fever, been in contact with a fever, and/or are not comfortable coming to classes and All About Dance has decided to support the decision to halt all activity for the proposed two week window, in order to combat the spread of the COVID-19 virus, and take advantage of the already planned spring break window.

During this time, I ask that if your dancers class has a video posted to please be practicing. I will be recording videos tomorrow and posting them so that your dancer can be practicing.

All dance classes will resume on Monday March 30th. We will be having make-up classes on Friday April 3rd and Saturday April 4th. We will post a make-up schedule for ALL CLASSES held Tuesday March 17th, Wednesday March 18th, and Thursday March 19th.

**There will be no make up classes for tumbling, Ballet 2, Hip Hop 2, Combo A-1, or Tiny's 2 as those classes have already been held this week**

We will be sanitizing and cleaning the dance studio once again during this two week break. We look forward to starting fresh and getting prepared for our upcoming June recital.

*Teams, we will keep you posted on competition events. So far, our April date is still active and Lagoon is currently on hold.

We appreciate your support and look forward to seeing your dancer grow as we continue this dance season. As we go through this uncharted territory together please remember to be kind to one another!

Dear Dance Families:

First of all, Thank you for being so amazing and supportive during this time of uncharted territory for everyone. All About Dance Studio is appreciative of your patronage and we look forward to continuing to see your dancers grow!

We will still continue classes as scheduled for this week March 16th-March 20th. Then we will take the scheduled Spring Break from March 23-March 27th.
We will then restart classes again on Monday March 30th.
Tuition for the month of April will be posted to your account on April 1st and will be due by April 10th.

All About Dance Studio is aware of the worry and uncertainty regarding the COVID-19. I want to ensure all the dancers and parents of the steps that dance studio is taking to making sure that the studio is sanitized and disinfected. The studio is deep cleaned every Sunday. After each 45 min class, we will be taking a quick break and wiping down all surfaces that have been touched.

With all of the uncertainty and changes happening, All About Dance Studio will continue to offer a sense of normalcy in your dancers lives. It is also proven that exercise helps a child's immune system.

I have been in contact with the CDC and we are following their guidelines.

If you child or anyone in your family has had a fever, is recovering, or has been in contact with someone who has been ill please do not bring them to class.
