Change your password if you have an online account. Make sure your credit card/bank info, IF you allow Office Depot to store in their system, has no purchases or activity not approved by you.

If “Office Depot” calls about an order or a previous order tell them you will call back on their 800 number and/or look it up on their website. Do not call the phone number they try to provide you or give them any info either.”

Happy New Year!
Remember, as we set goals and action steps to accomplish them, the first place we should start is to RETHINK the beginning process of doing so.

We should first prayerfully and INTENTIONALLY seek God’s direction and desires for us, to seek His wisdom to help make our paths straight and never stop doing so throughout 2021 and beyond.

Here are only a few scriptures to consider...

Matthew 5, 6, & 7
John 15:1-11
Colossians 3:1-17
1 John 5: 14-15
Psalms 37; 84;
Proverbs 2; 16
Jeremiah 17: 5-13
Joshua 1:1-9 (note the promise in 1-6 is predicated on them following vs 7-9. How much more for us that call ourselves Christians and are under a better covenant?)

Proverbs 3:1-35 Trust in the Lord with all your heart... (too many focus on just vs 5-6 but they are nestled in between vs 1-4 and 7-35 that are just as important and necessary in showing us how to fulfill vs 5-6).

James 4:13-17
“13 Come now, you who say, “Today or tomorrow we will go into such and such a town and spend a year there and trade and make a profit”— 14 yet you do not know what tomorrow will bring. What is your life? For you are a mist that appears for a little time and then vanishes. 15 Instead you ought to say, “If the Lord wills, we will live and do this or that.” 16 As it is, you boast in your arrogance. All such boasting is evil. 17 So whoever knows the right thing to do and fails to do it, for him it is sin.”

John 6:27 “Do not work for food that spoils, but for food that endures to eternal life, which the Son of Man will give you. For on him God the Father has placed his seal of approval.”

Romans 12:1-2
“I appeal to you therefore, brothers, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God, which is your spiritual worship. Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect.”

Psalms 1:1-3
“1 Blessed is the man
who walks not in the counsel of the wicked,

nor sits in the seat of scoffers;
2 but his delight is in the law of the Lord,

Psalms 16:7-11

Psalms 127:1-2
“Unless the Lord builds the house,

eating the bread of anxious toil;
for he gives to his beloved sleep.”

Mark 8: 34-38

And many other scriptures. May God’s desires for each of us become the desires our own hearts. May we have the faith, courage, and discipline to truly seek after God and His ways for us and live them out in our life in 2021 and beyond. Amen!
