Seth Brennan, CLHS Class of 2019
Portraying Jesus in the 83rd Annual Easter Pageant has given senior Seth Brennan a unique perspective on the Easter story.
"It's special because I've been given the opportunity to step into the shoes of Jesus and experience some of the emotions he had to a certain extent, and that has changed me. It has really awakened a desire to pursue Jesus even more because the pain, suffering, and sacrifice of my Savior has become more real to me."

Today we mourn the loss of our friend, Lawrence Lieder. He had the vision in 1995 to move our campus from the old building on Huffsmith Road to our current location on Main Street. He served as the Chairman of the Board for many years and he and his wife were great supporters of Concordia.

It was GREAT seeing so many alumni participate in the last song of the evening! The Hallelujah Chorus sounded incredible! 🎶
On Friday, December 10th, the Concordia Men’s soccer team hosted an alumni soccer game. The alumni challenged the CLHS Men’s varsity team. There was a great turnout with a total of 23 alumni coming from all different regions of Texas. The game included players who graduated between the years of 2014-2021. After the game, players enjoyed pizza and time to reminisce.
Shout out to the player who traveled the farthest to attend, Nick Coburn. He left Rhode Island at 4:00 am, took a flight out of Boston and arrived in Houston just in time to make it to the game. Now that is dedication!
To all who played in the game, may God continue to bless you in everything you do. Remember, no matter where you find yourself, God can use you as his instrument to lead others to know Jesus.
