This Months unit is Its Alive! Today our Young Infants explored how animals need food and water to live. Our Infant teachers showed them pictures of a fish.

We are excited to announce a new addition to our Primrose family! Ms Cordova, our assistant Preschool 1 teacher, welcomed Millie on March 25, 2022. She weighed 8lbs 9.6oz and was 20.25 inches long. Congratulations, we can't wait to meet her! 💜💜

Primrose School of Spring Cypress will be closed Friday, February 4th due to the threat of inclement weather. We hope all of our students, families and staff stay safe and warm during this time. We look forward to seeing everyone on Monday.

We are excited to announce a new addition to our Primrose family! Mrs Collins, our lead Pre-K 1 teacher, welcomed Camryn Elise on January 25, 2022. She weighed 6lbs and was 19 inches long. Congratulations to the Collins family! 💗

This month Unit is My World In Motion, our pre-k class had a lot of fun creating their launchers with popsicle sticks and marshmallows!

For Project Time in our Preschool class, we created a sailboat ⛵️ out of a water bottle, duck tape and construction paper. The children took turns putting the sailboat in the water and predicting what will happen. We had a lot of fun discussing the unit My World in Motion.

In Pre-k we discussed the concepts of print. Our class read the book Map Penny's World. We then created our own map and filled in the blanks from a starting point to a landmark.

In our Pre-K class we had fun observing, sorting, and classifying white powders. We then had the chance to observe with magnify glasses.

We had such a BIG success with our Caring and Giving Food Drive. Primrose School of Spring Cypress would like to thank all of the families who participated.

At pick up time on Thursday December 2nd, everyone is invited to come visit with Santa and take pictures. Santa will be in our PreK 1 classroom from 4:00pm-6:00pm.

World Kindness day is Saturday November 13th.
We will have sticky notes in the front office all week for you to write notes to hang on the classroom doors!

Congratulations to Ms. Hill on Apple of Our Eye for the month of November!

During Wonder Time 2 for art masters, we saw pictures of squirrels 🐿 We discussed what we saw and then used squirrel and fall colors to create our own picture 🍂🍁🐿

We’ll be doing a pumpkin contest! Each class decorated a pumpkin. We would love your help choosing the best pumpkin! Please stop by the front office to vote for your favorite pumpkin!! Voting will last until October 29th! Thank you for all your help!!

Today we wore our Astros gear to celebrate The Astros advancing to the World Series!!! #GoAstros ⚾️
