I love everything about F45! The fitness concept is definitely one of the best in the industry! In and out with a complete workout in just 45 minutes. Monday, Wednesday and Fridays are cardio based workouts. Tuesday, Thursday and Sundays are resistance days and Saturdays are a hybrid of both. The staff and the coaches all go out of their way to make sure everyone feels at home no matter what fitness level you are starting at. I highly recommend checking it out with a 7 day trial pass!

WAHLBERG WEEK IS BACK! We are just one week away from the return of your favorite Mark Wahlberg workouts! 🤩🎉

💪 7 Days, 7 Workouts💪

First up, we start with UNDERDOG. 🐕‍🦺 Underdog is a cardiovascular endurance workout that will challenge top dogs and underdogs. Members will battle it out to win. Will it be the top dogs or the underdogs?

Next is HIGH ROLLER. 🎲 High Roller takes Benchmark and twists it on its tracks. Work hard and challenge your strength goals. Push for your 10 Rep Max potential.

Wednesday brings us PATRIOT, a cardio-based workout with time to focus on recovering the heart rate. Prepare to work hard to understand your body's ability to recover and be ready to take on the next challenge in the following lap. 🔴🔵⚪️

Thursday, we have SOUTHPAW, 🐾 a smashing resistance-based workout that will activate your muscles like never before. Muscular endurance is the aim of this workout! Push through the muscle fatigue in the longer working sets and calculate your max reps.

Friday, we're crushing SWAGGER. 😎 Swagger focuses on power output in this hybrid workout. Members should strive for strong and explosive movements in this session. Our intermittent overload focus will be on core exercises at each B station.

Saturday brings us a BLUE ARROW. 🏹 This workout is a spin-off of The Wringer and will combine teamwork and individual perseverance.

Finally, we'll round out the week with HORIZON. 🌅 Horizon demonstrates the possibilities of change and perhaps improvement. This workout provides a chance to use lighter loads to lengthen the muscles and work on the range of motion
