2️⃣ Set Clear Goals: Make them SMART! Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, and Time-bound Instead of saying, I want to exercise more, try setting a goal…I will walk for 30 minutes every day after work for the next month.
3️⃣ Create a Routine: Consistency is key. Incorporate your new habit into your daily routine. Choose a specific time or trigger that reminds you to engage in your healthy behavior. Over time, it will become second nature.
