Cooking with your little one in the kitchen can be such a natural way to practice and enhance important skills! 👩‍🍳 The Visual Recipe Cards by @live.love.speech make it so easy! 🤩Here are the top 3️⃣ things I LOVE about this resource as an SLP and a mama: 1️⃣ Most recipes require only a few ingredients. I had everything in my kitchen for this recipe! 2️⃣ Clearly pictured directions on each card, providing visual support for those who need it! 3️⃣ Tips and tricks for targeting language skills while cooking are included with the recipe cards! While preparing our lunch, this little guy used 2-3 word phrases spontaneously, followed directions, and imitated requests using prepositional phrases.
