Meet Corinne Roethke, our Head of Programming for the 2023-24 school year! Corinne is a rising junior from Jupiter, Florida. She is a double major in Criminology and Art History. Corinne’s outside involvement includes Alpha Kappa Psi Fraternity, and Undergraduate Representative for Association for Racial Equity for the School of Art History. She is also currently employed at local law firm Messer Caparello P.A. as a Runner!

Jamari’s outside involvement includes being a secretary for the INFAMOUS Iota Delta Chapter Of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.

Grace’s outside involvement also includes Kappa Delta Sorority, in which she sits on the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Team, along with the FSUPD citizen’s police academy!

Ellis’s outside involvement includes Communications chair for Homecoming, an Outreach Trustee for Student Foundation, and the Recruitment Coordinator for Phi Eta Sigma!

Mariah’s outside involvement includes interning at the American Children’s Campaign (ACC), volunteering at Tallahassee Animal Services, and she is finishing research with UROP!

She is a Criminology major with a minor in Communications and an emphasis on Social Media Marketing. Abby is passionate about racial justice and enjoys traveling, taking pictures, and content creation. She is also the Public Relations Chair for the Women in Pre-Law Society.

He is a Criminology major with a minor in Philosophy and is passionate about racial equality, criminal justice, and his faith. Marlon is also the Freshman Leadership Institute Director, the BSU’s Coalition of Black Organizational Leadership Director, and is a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. He enjoys playing sports, hiking, and shopping.

Good Morning and happy Monday! We just wanted to say a huge thank you to everyone who came out to the DEA Guest Speaker Event on Thursday night. We had the privilege of listening to presentations from both Dr. Jeremiah Bailey and Mr. Benjamin Ross, and had an incredible turnout.
This was our last event of the semester, so thank you all for coming to our events, have a great summer break and we will see everyone again in Fall of 2022!
