As I have attended a few graduations the past 2 days, I realized....we did this 25 years ago! Wow...does not see possible! I hope everyone is doing well!
Hello Classmates, I'll try to make this brief. My family has fallen on hard times and we could really use some help with groceries for the next few weeks. Is there anyone out there willing to help me?? Feel free to send private messages as you choose. Thanks so much for prayers and positive energy as well. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.
In case you haven't heard yet, On Oct. 27, 2017, Toni (Fairbanks) Cornelius and her family received devastating news that their 6 year old son Steven had a mass on his brain. He was immediately transferred by ambulance to The Children’s Hospital at OU Medical Center in Oklahoma City. After undergoing further testing including a MRI, it was determined that surgery to remove the mass was the best course of action. Steven had an operation on November 1, 2017, that went very well and successfully removed the mass on his brain. The ongoing treatment will be extensive and difficult - as of Nov. 13, Steven has been moved to The Children’s Center Rehabilitation Hospital in Bethany. Steven still has his feeding tube, but will be receiving 3 hours a day of some type of physical therapy mainly working on his swallowing and vision. It looks like a great time was had by all. Sad that Paul and I and our families had to miss. We made a family trip to East Texas to celebrate our Great Aunt's 80th birthday. I hope we can make the next one.
Loved the school tour! I had not been in the school in almost 20 years! Thank you Mr. Gordon for your wonderful stories and passion for the school. As a transfer student my sophomore year, I found my place at Stillwater High much like the stories you told. I truly felt / feel at home amongst the class of 96!!
So are we just meeting out front for school tour ?
