🙌🏻Join us for the 5th Annual Rowan's Run 5k (well actually it's 3.21 mile run/walk). Start time is 9am at Eastern Shore Performance Center ESPC. This run/walk will be conducted locally, as well it is a VIRTUAL WALK/RUN for those that wish to participate but are not on the Eastern Shore. For the kids 10 and under ONE MILE FUN RUN for the littles and young adults to participate in at 8:30am! Strollers are welcomed (no registration required). All mileage counts even if on a treadmill!
📍LOCATION 220 Log Canoe Circle, Suite B, Stevensville, Maryland. Bathrooms on site.
🚘PARKING FREE On site parking across the street at Federal Resources. Details closer to race day!
👫KIDS FUN RUN 8:30am in front parking lot - 10 & under are welcome to participate

This was the end of and I’s first time meeting. Started the day off at breakfast with an arm extended just waiting for you to shake my hand. After that the rest is history and we are just getting started! Love you babe! Happy first day we met day! Oh and this picture was taken at a party we crashed at the Ritz that we were kicked out shortly after. My ride or die!

The bench is no rest station! Just a target! One of the toughest exercises to do well! .biggs has this dialed in! Can you single leg squat with a neutral foot, with equal weight distribution front to back and laterally, knee slightly outside ankle, equal quad hamstring and glute activation, oh and keep the spine neutral.
