We are looking for a pleasant Front Desk Representative to undertake all receptionist and clerical duties at the desk of our main entrance. You will be the “face” of the company for all visitors and will be responsible for the first impression we make.

Responsibilities

Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)
Greet and welcome guests
Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them
Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.
Check, sort and forward emails
Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
Keep updated records and files
Take up other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
Strong communication and people skills
Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
Problem-solving skills
Fluent in both English and Spanish Preferred
Customer service orientation
High School diploma; additional qualifications will be a plus

- Develop and post written clinical assignments consistent with student's knowledge base, skill competency, and individual learning needs.
- Grade homework, quizzes, tests, lab assignments, clinical paperwork, and other written work in a timely manner.
- May teach didactic course content under the supervision of the course coordinator.
- keeps course coordinator informed of all student and agency issues and concerns.
- Reports to the Director: a course coordinator will also provide direct oversight.
- Must be available for remediation of students as required or needed

We are seeking a highly motivated, compassionate, innovative and energetic LPN instructor to join our dedicated and experienced nursing faculty team.

Job description:

- Ability teach courses such as:
a) Medical/Surgical Nursing.
b) Maternal health nursing
c) Pediatric health Nursing
d) Mental health Nursing
- Instruct students and develop coursework for the assigned classes
- Make continuous efforts to improve quality of instruction by reviewing and utilizing different and innovative methodologies/techniques in teaching
- Assist with reviewing and revising syllabi and instructional guidelines
- Regularly evaluate students to measure their progress in achieving curriculum and course objectives and inform them in a timely manner of their progress
- Maintain student records of attendance, grades, and assist with program data collection
- Commitment to teaching and working with a multicultural and multigenerational student body
- Provide access to students for ongoing communication through scheduling of office hours, electronic communication and other appropriate methods

Qualifications for all faculty:

- 2 years’ experience in nursing
- Bachelor degree in Nursing/ multistate licensure privilege to practice nursing in Virginia as a registered nurse without any disciplinary action that currently restricts practice and have had at least two years of direct client care experience and also we will need you official transcript.
- High energy, ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Track record of successful clinical education and training experience
- Provide evidence of education or experience in the specialty area in which they supervise student clinical experience for quality and safety.
- Previous work experience related to the discipline areas noted above
- Good communication and presentation skills

Every member of a nursing faculty supervising the clinical practice of students shall meet the licensure requirements of the jurisdiction in which that practice occurs. Faculty team shall provide evidence of education or experience in the specialty area in which they supervise students clinical experience for quality and safety. Class sizes are 20 students

Class Hours: Morning classes: 8 a.m. – 2 p.m. Monday - Thursday
Class Hours: Evening classes: 5 p.m. – 10 p.m. Monday - Thursday
Class Hours: Weekend classes: 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. Friday – Saturday

Rate/hour $ 30 to 35 / $ 62/years
