Welcome to theCoderSchool Spring, where we aim to teach kids to code so they can change the world! Helping kids learn to code, so they can change the world!
Operating as usual
Also referred to as machine code. Programmers usually don’t deal with this elemental code directly. But if you want to impress, you can learn how to read binary code.
Old school and effective. Studies show putting together puzzles can improve focus They are also great for reducing stress.
On this date in 1851, French physicist Leon Foucault demonstrated how the earth rotates on its axis. He did this with a pendulum now aptly named Foucault’s Pendulum. So, happy Earth’s Rotation Day!
STEM-based education encourages teamwork. Students can work together to solve problems, make presentations, and write reports. Even virtually!
The game developed by physicist William Higinbotham, was like the 1970s classic Pong, a basic tennis game that was enjoyed by visitors to an exhibit featured by the Brookhaven National Laboratory. Not quite a PS5 yet still pretty cool. Source: APS Physics
All jokes aside, you should avoid using personal information as your password and never use “123456.” Amazingly it’s the most commonly used password. It’s definitely not stroganoff. 😂
Studying coding is fun, but sometimes you need to step away. A break as small as 20 minutes can improve productivity and decrease stress. It can be tempting to continue working but take a moment and breathe. Listen to some music or take a walk.
Give your child a creative outlet that will open doors to new possibilities. An education in coding. https://bit.ly/2LBDfBG
Did you receive more than one tech gift this holiday season? Which one is your favorite? (if you received one tell us about it too!)
We wish you continued success in coding and all of your endeavors in 2021! Happy New Year!
The power of coding is all around us. Even when washing your clothes. The computer in a washing machine can determine water usage, load size, and even how to clean your clothes thanks to coding.
This versatile programming language is now used for a variety of purposes. And is a great choice for children to learn.

We know pizza is pretty inspiring but for an arcade character? The creator of Pac-Man was eating a slice of pizza and noticed the remaining pie looked like a character. Pizza for the win again. (Time Magazine)
We believe teaching kids how to code starts with the right coaching. Followed by a customized curriculum that fits your child’s learning patterns. The right combination for a fun, successful education in technology.
We wish you a joyous and safe holiday season!
Updates are important but sometimes…

Not a newsflash, but technology isn’t going anywhere. That’s why demand for workers in cutting edge fields will remain strong.
Coding can be serious business, but sometimes you have to laugh.
“Understanding computer code seems to be its own thing. It’s not the same as language, and it’s not the same as math and logic,”
news.mit.edu MIT neuroscientists have found reading computer code does not rely on the regions of the brain involved in language processing. Instead, it activates the “multiple demand network,” which is also recruited for complex cognitive tasks such as solving math problems or crossword puzzles.
Not sure where to start when it comes to learning to code? We've got you covered with this short guide! https://bit.ly/2Wh7UIL
These are some of the coding languages that beginner coders can feel comfortable learning when just starting out!
nymetroparents.com Here's a list of coding languages that will get your kids excited about software engineering and unleash their creativity in new ways.
“Sanskrit is a very computational language,”
utoronto.ca Libbie Mills, an assistant professor in the department for the study of religion in the University of Toronto’s Faculty of Arts & Science, noticed something interesting this fall in her introductory Sanskrit class: computer science students.
