We accomplished a lot last week despite the world coming to a stand still around us. We chose to move. We are training online live and outdoors to provide a safe workout environment. Pro golfers do a lot more than take swings in preparation for game day. Marlene is doing walking lunges with a 10 lb kettle bed inverted overhead. This takes stability, core strength, and balance. Good job Marlene.

It takes a lot of strength to have this much control. Try this get up. It can be performed with a kettle bell, plate, medicine Ball, or whatever you have laying around the gym.
Keep things in perspective. Think big!

Keep it simple but do it with a purpose. Jeans and t shirt are the new athleisure for workouts and beyond in 2019. This workout focuses on core control, balance, and strength. 10 reps of Superman on the Frog with low tension of 40 Lbs total increases core activation, Handstand walk 20 ft, 10 strict pull ups. Complete 3 rounds and asses. You may repeat or go to the next workout. You will notice that my form gets bad on the last round if watch the full video in normal speed. This happens because I start to get fatigued and the poor form allows me to generate momentum use other muscles to complete the task. If you train with poor form all of the time, you will have nothing to call upon in time of need or fatigue. Train with form! Thanks for the jeans @jaxonjovie. The fit and performance are awesome.
