Teachers at The Goddard School - Spring - Klein are extraordinary! We see it in your children’s biggest, brightest smiles every morning. We also see it in quiet moments like knowing exactly what your little one needs to help them fall asleep. And the loud moments like dance parties to get out the wiggles or calming coregulation to soothe big feelings. Share what makes your child’s teacher extraordinary by nominating them for the Teacher of the Year Award on The Goddard School® website: https://bit.ly/41IUKEB

This week we would like to spotlight two phenomenal teachers.
Ms.Brianna is teaching our toddlers through play, structured learning and hands on learning activites. She is fun, full of energy and always positive. We are glad to have her as part of our Goddard family.

Ms. Kisha is teaching our preschoolers, she enjoys being on the floor with them, engaging through play and conversation and using positive guidance with them. She is joyful and excited to be with us. We are glad to have her as part of our Goddard family.

Take some time to peek into their classrooms and see them in action! .

’Tis the season for baking cookies! Get baking with your little ones and try out one of these decorating tips for extra special treats.
🍪 Use marshmallows as icing — add a few mini marshmallows to your cookies and pop them into the oven just until the marshmallows melt.
🍪 Press pasta into your dough! Pull out the penne and press the end of it onto your cookies for a cool petal design. Or try bow ties for a fancy treat.
🍪 Take a whisk, dip it into food coloring (or powdered drink mixes) and then press the whisk into your dough for a colorful star design.
What’s your favorite way to decorate cookies?

As a parent, you’re likely used to your child asking questions. In fact, according to a recent study conducted by OnePoll and The Goddard School®, Parents field an average of 11 questions from their young children each day. Children most commonly ask questions to better understand the world around them, such as asking about animals, nature, current events and home experiences.
