I work with busy women who are exhausted from doing all the things for everyone else. We work to break up with the 'All or Nothing' mentality by taking charge of your health without diets or deprivation.
First and foremost I'm a wife and mom! God blessed me with an amazing husband and two beautiful (twin) girls. My mission and passion in life is to be the best example and role model for them and for everyone I meet. I want to inspire others and show them how it's possible to live a healthy life with out depriving ones self. A healthy lifestyle is about balance and moderation.

All the time!
***Continued from this A.M.***
If you haven't read my post from this morning, stop! It's long but you need to read it first!
For the rest of you.....
I will continue to train my existing clients as long as they want-they mean the world to me!
I will NOT be accepting any new personal training ONLY clients. I will ONLY train clients who are also enrolled in my health coaching program, those in the EDS community or those needing a bit of rehab after surgery/injury.
After years of this, I can't keep training people who so clearly need more. And yeah, that means I'm turning people away, constantly. But in my heart, I know what's best and I know exactly who I want to work with.
I want my clients to have a solid foundation in their life. Thus the continuing with rehab and EDS community as I can provide that foundation so they don't need me anymore. ;) That's the end goal, right? To figure out how to do the things on your own?
If you're looking for someone to simply tell you how to workout, I'm not your girl. You can find those trainers all over social media or at your big box gym because they haven't been clued in yet that yeah, that's only part of the picture.
Don't get me wrong, some people do have things pretty figured out and just need that accountability or someone else telling them how to workout-that's great! Hire a personal trainer! ;)
The majority of women I speak to, need so much more than that.....starting out at least. It makes zero sense to begin an exercise regimen or start a meal plan if you're barely sleeping, stressed out, have no patience, run on energy drinks and hate what you see in the mirror.
***This will probably be a good bathroom read if you get my drift.*** Who am I kidding, women don't take that long to poop.
I started out as a Personal Trainer in 2015 w/ a brand new certification under my belt & some seriously sh*tty equipment in my garage. Every dollar I made went right back into my business. I used it to upgrade equipment & my education with new certifications and specialties.
I'm incredibly for the growth my business has achieved, the people I have reached, the friendships made, lessons learned & the knowledge, hardships, sweat, stress & tears that have come along with it.
I loved training. I love helping people achieve their goals, ease aches and pains, gain confidence & get stronger. The exercise piece is such a small part of the puzzle to our health & that realization is what lead me to Health/Life Coaching.
As long as things were hunky dory in my clients lives, as long as they got their workouts in & ate well, it was great.
But guess what? Life isn't rainbows & unicorns. There are major ups & downs, holidays, job losses, death, kids, illness & random Mondays that just plain suck.
Guess what happens? My clients would fall off the preverbal wagon.
I realized something was missing...a lot actually. What was going in their lives that even the tiniest little thing derailed them?
That's what lead me to coaching....there had to be more. And there is. SO much more.
Our stupid industry perpetuates quick fixes, instant gratification & glorifies 20 somethings with no kids, no hardships & no life experience. No wonder we're all confused & doing things that don't serve us well.
I got into coaching to cut through the bullsh*t so I can help people find a way that works for THEM in the season of life they're in.
There is so much more I could say & I'm running out of space but here's my announcement.....I took my last new personal training client this week (only because they were a referral from a long time client.)
I'll share the rest tonight! ;) I'm not done!
YES! I can't stand the all or nothing culture around fitness. It's not conducive to real life. If my client is exhausted, hasn't slept well and is super stressed, a strenuous workout is the last thing they need.
An earlier bed time, proper nutrition and maybe some good stretching is in order.
Stop hammering your body when it's screaming at you to give it a break. You won't undo all of your hard work from one day of rest. In fact, you NEED proper rest so you CAN achieve your goals. It's part of being healthy....knowing when you need to rest and actually doing it.
Look familiar? I used to aim for that top row, Mon-Fri. The weekend would arrive and I'd feel so deprived I would completely undo the deficit I had created during the week. I'd completely undo all of that hard work. Every.single.weekend.
Once I shifted my mindset and worked on my relationship with food and myself, it got easier.
So. You can continue to try and outwork your nutrition choices (if you like beating a dead horse) or you can learn to improve your mindset and your choices and make it a helluva lot easier on yourself.
Which way makes more sense?
Why is that? Why do we shame or poke fun of people who eat with their health in mind? Why do we make fun of people who choose a salad over a burger?
Because we're insecure about our own abilities/lack of control.
Don't judge someone for trying to improve their health. The same way you don't want to be judged for eating whatever it is you are eating.
And trust me, I do NOT care what you have in your grocery cart. You have to live with yourself, not me.
You do you sis. 😉
How many times have you been questioned or made fun of when you're trying to make healthier choices? For me-too many to count!
Truth. This is why these quick fixes, meal plans, challenges and what not do NOT work.
And shame on you people who promote that sh*t.
You want to improve your health, you HAVE to be willing to change things. But here's the deal.....it's not as hard as some make it out to be. You MAY need a complete overhaul but that doesn't mean it needs to be TODAY or all at once.
Well rounded healthy people don't deprive themselves or workout excessively. We do the very simple, basic things day in and day out. We practice moderation. We make choices based on how our body will feel after. We LISTEN to our body. ;)
So yeah, maybe you need to change a lot of things. Start with ONE thing. ONE. That's where it starts.
Need help? Don't know where to start? HI! Nice to meet you!
Walking is highly underrated. We don't do it enough. We are glued to our seats and screens. You do NOT have to do hours of cardio or running to achieve fat loss.
Prioritizing protein will keep you fuller longer and help reduce cravings. Protein is essential for muscle building which is what you WANT. And no, having muscle doesn't mean you're bulky or not feminine. Muscle takes up less space than fat.
Sleep. You're not a unicorn. You NEED sleep. You NEED good, restorative sleep. You can't make it up on the weekends either. Lack of sleep is like jet lag-you don't get that time back. It's a vital component of health and healing.
More water, less liquid calories. I'm not saying NONE, I'm saying you don't need juice, sports drinks, smoothies, 300 calorie coffees and tons of alcohol. Swap ONE of your calorie laden drinks with a glass of water and see what happens.
Strength training. Everyone needs it. It looks different for everyone too. That could mean working with bands while you build strength. That could mean incorporating ONE strength training workout a week to start with. But we all NEED it.
Questions?
Exercise is the most underused antidepressant on the planet and it costs NOTHING and has virtually NO adverse side affects.
Don't get me wrong, medication can be a God send and absolutely necessary! There is NO shame is using medication.
My hope is that you are also supporting your mental and physical health naturally, along WITH your medication.
It’s here! Well, tomorrow. 🤪 Are you coming!?

Hi! Welcome to Hope & Faith Fitness, home of Relentless Training. First and foremost, I’m a Christ follower, wife, twin mom, personal trainer, fitness nutrition coach, self professed neat freak, who enjoys working out, lots of sarcasm, has a bit of a mouth but loves Jesus andddddd eating all the food and educating and inspiring others to become the best version of themselves! I’m so glad you’re here!
My goal is to continually improve my level of health & fitness through proper nutrition and hard work and to inspire my friends, family and others along the way. There is no magic pill or diet that is going to get you there. I wish!! Making & committing to a lifestyle change is the ONLY way to get there. I want to be around a long time and after watching my grandparents health deteriorate rapidly over their final years due to lack of activity and unhealthy eating habits (which lead to Diabetes and numerous other health issues) I REFUSE to put my children and future grandchildren through that. Childhood obesity is disgustingly rampant today and we have no one to blame but ourselves. I run my own business, am a wife and mom of beautiful, busy twin girls, maintain a household and so on, so can YOU. We make time for what matters to us.
Beachbody (at home workout programs) ignited my passion for helping others. I went on and became a Certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, Fitness Nutrition Coach and a few other specialties...suffice it to say, I’ve got you covered. ;-) I now run a successful in home training business and am able to offer at home programs for those who are not local. It's the best of both worlds!
Bottom line, I want to be around a long time and I don't want to burden my children with preventable health issues when I'm old. I want to be a positive role model to my girls. And I'm no where near perfect; I still love me some pizza and ice cream! Blue Bell Banana Pudding is to die for!! I just don't eat the whole pint in one sitting anymore. :) My pants thank me for that. ;-) I believe in living a balanced lifestyle; one of moderation, not deprivation.
I'd love to answer any questions you may have or just be here to support you on your journey to a healthier, happier YOU! It doesn't matter if you purchase a program or train in-person with me, I want YOU to be healthier and if I can support you in any way, shape or form then my goal with this page is serving its purpose.
