FYI Brother 1034 serger on prime right now for $185.
I am sewing flower girls dresses and I need to attach the rhinestone chain to this ribbon... does anyone know how to do this? I tried double stick tape but that didn't work...I don't know what to do...
Does anyone know a site that I can get NFL purse hardware and emblems?
Made this as a thank you for letting me cut up her wedding to make her daughter's communion dress....
I made a new cover for my ironing board! Xx
So, I've started making an American Flag. My challenge - embroidering 50 double-sided 2" stars on the canton? Since I have a Husqvarna Viking Diamond DeLuxe I would rather use my machine to create the stars. The pictogram stitch library has triangle stitches I could assemble to make a star - either manually or in programmed in embroidery mode. Creating a star one diamond at a time was awful. I programmed the machine and was getting good results, but the back looked awful. I may have stop multiple times through one star to cut and clear the threads on the back. I am adding pictures of the results in the comments. If anyone has any other suggestions, I'd appreciate the feedback!!
So, I've started making an American Flag. I have obviously had no problem cutting 13 stripes out of red and white fabric. My challenge - how to embroider 50 double-sided stars on the canton (field that holds stars on a flag)? The stars are 2" in diameter. My solution of last resort is to embroider the stars by hand. So, I've started making an American Flag. I found official specifications by the government but this is NOT an easy pattern - the math is extremely complex due to the ugly fractions involved. The blue field is 7/13 high of the total size and each stripe is a very strange fraction of the whole. So, my boyfriend suggested I use the horrible, cheap, dirty old flag as a guide and it worked great! I have obviously had no problem cutting 13 stripes out of red and white fabric. [03/25/17]   Sorry I have not posted anything about camps. My mother is thinking of having her knee surgery this summer, so I'm on hold until we know a date. If I do anything, it will be one day camps with a completed project for the day. She sees her doctor first part of April. Hoping to have day camps posted by April 15th! What kind of projects would your children be interested in doing? Leave me a comment!

[02/04/17]   I'm thinking about hosting 2 summer sewing camps for kids 10 and up. Should I do either a week long camp with 3 projects completed by the end of the week? Or should I offer Day Camps with a specific project completed that day? Thoughts? Ideas? Who would be interested?

Product Guidelines
Your child must be at least 12-16 weeks old and be able to stay awake during feeding times to use this product. This product is intended to help the child feed with you as a parent in CONSTANT supervision. For parents of multiples, this lets one child feed as you might be burping another. Never should a parent simply walk away from a feeding child. The product is also intended to help the child learn to hold their bottle going into the 7-9 months. After that, you should wean them off the bottle holder so they are self-sufficient bottle holders. This product is for mothers who are unable to nurse, like myself with my twin girls, but again a child should be 3-4 months old before trying to use the product with them.
