It's not a life without responsibilities, but a life where we are free to choose our responsibilities.

⚽️ For instance - about regular exercise 🚴🏻‍♀️

The “bad” workouts are often the most important ones.

It's easy to train when we feel good, but it’s crucial to show up when we don’t feel like it—even if we do less than we hope.

Going to gym for 5 minutes 🕔 might not transform our body that day, but it does reaffirm our identity as someone who is committed to a healthy lifestyle.

That reinforcement will keep us on track.

One very important part of living a full life...

Staying HEALTHY. It is important to understand that life means reflecting on lots of things: about our needs, assessing our skills, orienting our ideas, counting on a plan for our personal development and adopting new attitudes.

But if we don't feel good or have low energy it makes everything harder.
· Find something motivating.
- Get your body moving.
- Change up your meals
· Get off your comfort zone and do new things.

It's about to become a new year - a great time for changing things up a bit.

You can't really put off making a decision - it's sort of impossible because NOT making a decision is also a type of decision.

It's a decision to stay put, right where you are, and not change anything.

Your future is an opportunity that you must build in the present, the earlier you begin, the earlier you may live the life you want.

Your current state is not a consequence of what you are currently doing but a result of decisions you made in the past.

What you did cannot be changed, but you CAN make the decision not to stay where you are, to build something better, to reach for the life you dream of.

Make that decision and have faith today. Tomorrow you path will become clear.

We are convinced that life will be better in the future, or that is what we intend to believe, mainly when things are not the way we want.

The recurrent phrase “Carpe Diem” which means “Seize the Day” is a way to get you focused on the present which is important because it is the only real thing.

The past is not longer here, it is not real, is a thought, a memory. We cannot interfere in what has already happened.

In the same way, we can't touch the future either. It is yet to be.

Today is the day, now is the time to take some action toward your goals.

If that sounds hard, or scary, don't worry. Just take one step, then the next step will appear easier because you will know you can do it. Cheers!

“The eyes of others our prisons; their thoughts our cages.”
-Virginia Woolf-

The only person who should define your or determine your course is YOU.

To believe in yourself is what you need to start the journey that will take you to find what you want.

There is no higher level of safety or confidence that what you give to yourself.

If you do not take that step, if you do not trust in you, you will probably remain where you are. We wish much, much more for you.

Here we strongly believe in “do it yourself”, but it might not be exactly what you the way you think.

To me “Do it yourself” (DIY) means taking responsibility for your own success and not just leaving things to chance.

You see, your job is never going to pay you enough to live the life you "really want". After a while we just stop believing its possible to have that life.

Your job might pay you enough to live or it might even pay very well but as long as you have to continue to show up to get paid you will never be "financially free".

The absolute best and fastest way to become financially free today is to use the power of the internet to market products for yourself and others. I suggest you do a search for "affiliate marketing courses" and get started today.

Will you follow this life style?

🏛🏛Rome wasn’t built in a day....🌤
but they were laying bricks every hour.

Habits aren't built in a day either....

How long does it take to build a habit?
21 days? 30 days? 66 days?

The honest answer is: forever. Because once you stop doing it, it is no longer a habit.

A habit is a lifestyle to be lived, not a finish line to be crossed. ✔ Make small, sustainable changes you can stick with...

🚩 They will take you where you want to go.

THE CURE FOR Procrastination....

When we don’t know how to do something, we procrastinate. Then, we think more about this problem, and nothing gets done.

When we procrastinate, let's ask ourselves, "Do I know exactly how to do the next step?"

If we don’t know how, then all the motivation in the world is wasted.

✅ Learning how to do the next step is crucial.✅

🎯🎯And learning how might completely solve our procrastination issue.

One of the many secrets to successful goal-setting is to make sure our goals match our values. When our goals don't match our values, we lose interest and motivation quickly. And then we lose another year of our life.

Most people forget their New Year's goals in less than 10 days. Then, they drift through the rest of the year accomplishing little. We want to make 2020 the best year of our lives. That means we want self-directed goals that we care about, not a wasted year.

So when we set our 2020 New Year's goals, we want to cross reference them with our 14 basic values. This simple exercise only takes 10 minutes, but could save an entire year of our lives.

The big reward?

When we match our values to our goals, we create passion that keeps our goals in the forefront of our minds. We will think about our goals automatically every day.

Need the toilet? We see every toilet sign.

Don’t need the toilet? We walk past every toilet sign, never noticing their existence.

🤑 When we set goals, we notice resources and opportunities that could help us move forward to achieve those goals.

🤑 Goals help us see opportunity, where others would just walk on by.

Make 2020 your best year by setting your goals today.🎯

It's brilliant when someone simplifies big questions, such as the secret of happiness, into just three things.

Here are the three things that most people need to be happy.

#1. We need something to do.

When we love our careers, life is good. We look forward to being passionate about our work every day. People who hate their jobs, ugh. Every day is unhappy.

Most network marketers love their network marketing careers. Loving what we do is a huge step toward our happiness.

#2. We need someone to love.

Family, friends, or even a great relationship with ourselves … counts. When we have good relationships, our happiness levels go up.

Toxic relationships, loneliness, and stressful interactions with people keep happiness away.

#3. We need something to look forward to.

When there is nothing to look forward to, we spend our days like mindless robots. We want a reason for tomorrow. We want something in the future to keep us moving forward.

When we have goals, we have something to look forward to.

There it is. Only three things!

Keep it simple. Why?

The more choices we give our ourselves in what we want to accomplish today , the harder it becomes for them to make decisions.

Human brains are lazy. Having too many choices means we have to work too hard to make decisions and loose valuable time we could be taking action.

🎯Focus on one thing first. Don't move on until its finished 🎯

If you were forced to work for just one hour per day, what would you work on during that hour to be most effective?

"If you want to do a good deed, do it now. The time will pass, and you will not have the chance again." Tolstoy.

SUCCESS, and if I'm honest most of us want it...

how fast you reach your goal depends on the little things you are doing today.

It doesn’t matter how successful or unsuccessful you are right now.

What matters is whether your habits are putting you on the right path.

You should be far more concerned with your current direction than with your current results.

CONSIDER THIS: A millionaire who spends more than he earns is going the WRONG DIRECTION.
Even is you are almost broke but you save more than you spend then you are on the path toward financial freedom—even if you’re moving slower than you’d like.

🎯HANG IN THERE - If you create the right habits you will achieve success!!!🎯

✅ When someone does a good job, tell them.
✅When someone makes a mistake, forgive them.
✅When someone tells you their problems, listen.

Being kind barely costs a thing but the other person may never forget that you did.

It is important to understand that life means reflecting about our needs, assessing our skills, orienting our ideas, counting on a plan for our personal development and adopting new attitudes.

Here are 3 tips which will help you move forward fearlessly toward a full life:

✅Find something motivating. Take some time to consider what really motivates you. Something you would like to do. Someone you would like to help. Make a plan to ad that into your busy life a bit at a time.

✅Get out of your comfort zone and do new things. Pick 1 thing you have never done before and give it a try. You might just find your next passion.

✅Implement your action plan. I have found that planning for tomorrow takes a lot of pressure off of today. Plan to take 1 step toward your best life tomorrow. Put it on your calendar. Then when tomorrow comes, you are prepared and ready to accomplish it.

SUCCESS HACK: Say “I don’t” instead of “I can’t”.

🔑 Sometimes you just need to say no.
For example, the waiter who offers you a dessert menu… or the urge to skip a workout and stay home… or the distracting call of texts, tweets, and updates when you should be focusing on something important.

“I can't” and “I don't” are words that seem similar and we often interchange them for one another, but psychologically they can provide very different feedback and, ultimately, result in very different actions.

They aren't just words and phrases. They are affirmations of what you believe, reasons for why you do what you do, and reminders of where you want to go.

🔑 “I don't” works better than “I can’t” because “I don't” is a psychologically empowering way to say no, while the phrase “I can't” is a psychologically draining way to say no.

“I don’t” is processed as a choice, so it feels empowering. It’s a confirmation of your determination and willpower.

“I can’t” isn’t a choice. It’s a limitation, it’s being imposed upon you. So thinking “I can’t” undermines your sense of power and control.

Overcoming temptation and effectively saying no is critical not only to your physical health, but also to maintaining a sense of well–being and control in your mental health.

To put it simply: you can either be the victim of your words or the architect of them. Which one would you prefer?

If you want to summarize the habits of successful people into one phrase, it's this:

If you’re working on something important, then you’ll never feel ready. A side effect of doing challenging work is that you’re pulled by excitement and pushed by confusion at the same time.

You’re bound to feel uncertain, unprepared, and unqualified. But let me assure you of this:

You can plan, delay, and revise all you want, but trust me, what you have now is enough to start. It doesn't matter if you're trying to start a business, lose weight, write a book, or achieve any number of goals… who you are, what you have, and what you know right now is good enough to get going.

We all start in the same place: no money, no resources, no contacts, no experience. The difference is that some people — the winners — choose to start anyway.

No matter where you are in the world and regardless of what you're working on, I hope you'll start before you feel ready.

You can't succeed unless you START

What if the choice to get moving was all that was required to become smarter, stronger, and more skilled? What if the willingness to try something new, even if it felt uncomfortable, was all that it took to start the slow march towards greatness?

Are you willing enough to get in the gym and try it, even if you’ll look stupid?
Are you ready to be vulnerable and put your skin in the game to start your own business?
Are you eager enough to improve your work that you’ll battle through the frustration of producing something mediocre?
It all boils down to this: Whether you’ll end up being the best or the worst, are you willing to start?

The more I look at things this way, the more I believe that the willingness to start is the littlest thing in life that makes the biggest difference.

Step onto the field. Stand up in the meeting. Raise your hand in class.

Get under the bar. Walk up to the podium. Ask the first question.

Take a risk, get started, and contribute something. To your team, to your family, to your job, to your community. Whether or not you end up being number one in the world is irrelevant. Most of the time, the value you provide isn’t nearly as important as pushing yourself to provide it. This is especially true at first.

Having the courage to get started is more important than succeeding because the people who consistently get started are the only ones who can end up finishing anything.

Once you have figured out what to do, be unstoppable about getting your small handful of priorities accomplished quickly.

I have yet to meet a slow-moving person who is very successful. 🎯🎯

How can I prepare carefully, but execute quickly?

Watch your thoughts, for they become your words.
Watch your words, for they become actions.
Watch your actions, for they become habits.
Watch your habits, for they become character.
Watch your character, fir it becomes your destiny.

When you say no, you are only saying no to one option.

When you say yes, you are saying no to every other option.

No is a decision.

Yes is a responsibility.

Be careful what (and who) you say yes to. It will shape your day, your career, your family, your life.

How to Get Motivated When You Don't Feel Like It 10/20/2019

How to Get Motivated When You Don't Feel Like It

We all need a little motivation sometimes. Don't rely on others to motivate you...motivate yourself with the expert advice below.

How to Get Motivated When You Don't Feel Like It You will have "off days." When they come around, you better know how to deal with them.

The fact that you go to the gym even though you don’t “need” to... is why you don’t need to.

The fact that you save when you could spend... is why you have money to spend.

Your habits create your strength.

Optimists win in the long-run because their miscalculation of how long it will take or how likely it is to succeed motivates them to give it a try.

If you knew how hard it would be and how long it would take in the beginning then you might not try in the first place.

You can't guarantee success, but you can guarantee failure: never try.

Take some time each day to reflect on what you have instead of what you don't so you can be happy in the moment.

No matter what your situation in life is, you have things to be grateful for. If you take for granted the people and things in your life, you will always be looking for the next thing – always wanting more. Take some time to reflect on what you ''do'' have so that you can be happy in the moment.
