Ozzy crushed his intro program. This guy is one tough dude. Always working hard and being a good student. He didn’t even have much fat to lose but he crushed it and dropped 28.8 lbs to be shredded! Who’s next?

Yet another transformation happening. Haidy here has been crushing her goals. Main thing is she feels so much better after going through some things before she’s come out the other end of a storm stronger and fitter.

Rafael dropped over 5% body fat while gaining some muscle in the coveted upper chest and shoulders. This what we can do 6 weeks with the right balance of fitness, nutrition and accountability. Rafael is really busy and works late so the biggest thing for him was a flexible schedule and a nutrition plan that fit his busy life.

dropped mad weight and over 6% body fat in 6 weeks. My favorite part of this guy is not only did he crush 6 weeks but he did while working multiple jobs, raising his daughter and going through a few obstacles in life the whole way. This dude is beast. He proves anyone can do it no matter how busy you are. The best is yet to come because knows that what got him to where he is now will continue to help him achieve his best life by sticking around positive fitness minded people other clients and coaches. Way to go bro.
